BPlus 2000W Series Pure Sine Wave Smart Inverter
From BPlus-2000W，we use the design of integral radiator. As seen in picture, we change the structure and working mode of the inverter before, change the MOSFET of output to IPM module. It will enhance its reliability through it has more cost. We not only protect the IPM module in the design of the external circuit, but the IPM module itself has over-temperature, over-current, and over-voltage protection. It will be the first use in pure sine wave inverter.
Radiator has the same size of PCB board, MOSFET with faster cooling, faster heat dissipation of large area radiator, all the designs extend the service life of MOSFET, only in this way, the service life of the inverter will increase. The service life of BP series pure sine wave inverter produced by CNBOU is 8 years, BPlus series can add to 10 years, and will be more stable.
In order to be more suitable for using in very complex environments, especially in dynamic situation such as trucks, RVs, and yacht, we make BPlus series a comprehensive optimization.
We use the PCB to directly fix the radiator instead of simply fixing it with screens，in the whole design, more than fifteen M3 screws used to fix the PCB and components to the radiator, and fix the radiator to the base of inverter by using four screws, then fix it to the upper cover through six screws from the side. Such a solid design is just for more stable operation in a complex environment. So BPlus series is particularly suitable for mobile use situation such as trucks, RVs, yachts, rescue vehicles, ambulances, and refrigerated vehicles.
BPlus series use TI TMS320F28023 Micro control DSP high speed chip control. Powerful CPU could provide stable MODBUS communication, support Remote-485M at the same time to satisfy the need of remote control.
