The model for this test is BP series 12VDC/1000W/220VAC/50HZ pure sine wave inverters. We use CNBOU’s B12P1000-2 to compare with inverter of other brand under the same parameters. After 20 minutes of full load work on the two inverters, we can see that the temperature of the inverter shell of other brand reaches 60.1 degrees, which is very unsafe. The inverter shell of CNBOU is only 36.4 degrees.
Why is it important for inverters to manage their temperature?
Electronics run most efficiently within a predetermined temperature range, and if not operated within that range, the performance of those electronics will suffer, potentially resulting in a full shutdown and a shortened lifespan of components. This is particularly true for inverters, which generate a significant amount of waste heat and are often subject to harsh environments.
